Waterslide T-Style w/Duesenberg Multibender Lollar Gold Foil Pickups, B&G Bender&Roasted Maple Neck

0.00

This is one of my newest custom made Waterslide T-Style guitars and it's all "Made in the USA". As with all of my guitars, if you like the guitar but would prefer a different neck, pickguard, pickups, etc, just send me a message and we'll see what we can do.

This is also my first build with a B/G Bender so I'm calling this one 'Clarence' in tribute to the great Clarence White and his Bender equipped Fender Telecaster.

This guitar features a lightweight Swamp Ash body with an aged 50's Sunburst Nitrocellulose Lacquer finish that's been relic'd and aged. The whole guitar weighs in at 7lbs 8oz total so it's LIGHT for a bender-equipped guitar and balances well on a strap.

This guitar has a standard 25.5" Fender-style scale length that sounds sweet & twangy with the Jason Lollar Gold Foils whether you're playing clean or distorted. The Roasted Maple neck has a Medium C profile (.820 X .920) that's 1 11/16" at the bone nut with a 9.5" radius & 6105 Frets.

The Lollar Gold Foil pickups are accurate recreations of the vintage 60's-era Teisco originals. They have a clear, round vintage voice that matches very well with Multibender and traditional tele construction

Electronics include CTS audio taper pots, a 3-way switch, Sprague Orange Drop, cloth covered wiring and an Electro Socket jack. The vintage radio knobs for Volume & Tone controls have a cool DeArmond vibe that complements the GoldFoil pickups.

The Duesenberg Multibender is set up to raise the B and G strings up a whole step either together or independently (see video). It works smoothly & accurately, is easily calibrated and the two included levers can be set up to either raise or lower the pitch of any of the six strings. You can also purchase additional levers to allow you to raise or lower other strings in addition to these two.

Great parts and great care go into these guitars and this one comes in a hardshell case for $1,699 + shipping. Please email me for international shipping rates.

I also take custom orders!

Demo video was recorded straight into GarageBand so no "real life" amps were harmed. See the video HERE
